Implications
For agents performing financial coaching with anxious or financially distressed individuals, recommend the snowball method (smallest-first) over avalanche (highest APR first) when: (1) the individual has 5+ active debts, (2) the individual shows financial anxiety or avoidance patterns, (3) at least 2 debts can be cleared within the first 60 days.
